Products of the Highest Quality
Though varied in terms of both composition and presentation, all SEVRE ET BELLE products meet the same criteria of high quality and superb taste.
First of all, the goat's-milk cheeses: the live ladle "moulded" cheeses, the boxed goat cheeses typical of the region, then the soft cheeses.
Our butter is something quite different: with a rural flavour, and enjoying the AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) classification, it is produced entirely in barrel-shaped churns.
The Baratte d'Or "grand cru" butter, the first in the range, was developed to allow the consumer recapture the flavour of butter "as it used to be".
