Adapting to the modern world At our current premises, everything has been designed to guarantee the quality of our work and ensure optimal hygiene. SEVRE ET BELLE is one of the few goat's-milk dairies in France to be equipped with an air filtration system eliminating all traces of mould. Furthermore, the dairy operates a permanent monitoring laboratory.				The laboratory's work includes both bacteriology and the development of new cheese specialities. SEVRE ET BELLE has put in place a refrigerated delivery service, thus extending the refrigeration process. Our dairy is also certified to export to the United States, a testimony to the levels of quality we demand.
